Autographed & Inscribed Copies
I will be pleased to autograph and inscribe any books you purchase from this site. Immediately after placing your order, please email [email protected] with your request. Note: Autographed copies are available only on orders made directly from this site. Books purchased from Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Create Space and other sellers are ineligible, since I am unaware of these orders.
Shipping & Handling Calculator
For U.S. Orders: 28% of the order price will be added to the total. Any and all shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
For Alaska, Hawaii, & International Orders: 70% of the order price will be added to the total. Any and all shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Store Policy
Sorry, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is damaged during shipping. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at [email protected] with details of the product, proof of purchase, and photographic evidence of the damage within five calendar days of receipt. We will notify you via email within a reasonable period of time with further instructions. We are not responsible for purchases from any other retailer. Any and all shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
